Jaw crusher/Stone crusher working principle:
The motor through belt transmits power, drives the moving jaw plate do periodic motion to
the fixed jaw plate surround the eccentric shaft. when moving jaw moves up,The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases . So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stone will be crushed in this process. when moving jaw moves down,The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases. the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw through the pulling of rod and spring, After crushing the material small stone will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.
