Application

Structure and working principle
The equipment is composed of case, small filter disc, drainage pipe, make-up water pipe, mobile filter disc, electric appliance, vacuum pump, vacuum tank, etc.
The equipment uses the negative pressure produced by the direct linked suspension duck water ring vacuum pump to pump and filter the pulp, which can continuously pump and discharge the filtered liquid. The vacuum pump is directly driven by a 1.5KW motor, which can generate a negative pressure of 560-650 Gongzhu during operation (when the altitude is 0). The filter system consists of large and small filter plates, pumping pipes, movable filter plates, vacuum tanks and vacuum meters, which is directly connected with the negative pressure area of vacuum pump, eliminating a complete set of devices such as air-water separation, etc., so that no shutdown is required during operation, filtrate and vacuum pump are directly pumped out, so as to improve the filtering efficiency, reduce the number of shutdown.
