High Weir Spiral Classifier with ball mill be closed-circuit grinding system,overflow to next machine such as centrifugal concentrator or shaking table,Sinking sand return to ball mill for grinding again. Due to the short length of liquid surface, the mixing effect can be directly obtained on its surface through spiral blades, so it is suitable for coarse particle classification, and the classification particle size is generally more than 0.15mm.
High Weir Spiral Classifier is widely used in concentrator and ball mill to form closed-circuit circulation process and split process diversion ore sand, or in gravity concentrator to classify ore sand and fine mud, particle size classification of ore slurry in metal beneficiation process, desliming and dehydration in ore washing operation, etc. The machine has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation and convenient operation.
