Structural features:
The belt chute is mainly composed of low-speed moving belts, with a surface length of about 6m and a width of 1m, and an inclination angle between 5 ° and 17 °.
There are edges on both sides of the belt, and a tensioning device is used to keep the belt surface flat.
Above the belt, there are ore feeding and water feeding distribution plates, which evenly distribute the slurry and washing water in a curtain shape on the belt surface.
The slope, speed, processing capacity, feed concentration, and washing water volume of the belt flow channel can all affect its working efficiency.
Working principle:
The slurry flows downward in a laminar flow state on the belt, and during the flow process, particles of different densities are stratified based on the sorting principle.
Low density particles are discharged from the lower end along with the slurry flow, becoming low-density products.
High density particles deposit on the surface of the belt and move upwards with the belt.
Feed flushing water into the upper end of the belt to further clean out low-density particles.
After the high-density particles are carried around the first round, they are rinsed with water and the high-density products are unloaded using a rotating brush to achieve continuous operation.
