I. Equipment Definition The vibrating motor-driven inclined screen for gold sluice, also known as a vibrating gold washing inclined screen or integrated vibrating gold panning screen, is a specialized gravity separation equipment for placer gold mines. It integrates four functions: vibrating screening, high-pressure water washing, gravity enrichment, and gold sluice recovery. Based on the traditional unpowered inclined screen, it adds a vibrating motor, solving the problems of fixed screens such as caking, fine gold loss, and poor separation of high-mud ore. It is widely used in river placer gold mining, dry placer gold mining, and tailings scavenging and roughing operations.

II. Core Structure of the Machine

Feed Bin: Thickened steel plate storage bin with built-in pre-spray water pipes to pre-disperse high-mud sand and gravel, preventing blockage.

Inclined Vibrating Screen Box: Inclined angle 10°–18°, equipped with 25# round steel wear-resistant screen bars (gap can be customized 8–15mm); side-mounted horizontal vibrating motor (1.1–2.2kw six-pole vibrating motor), spring-dampened support, high-frequency micro-vibration throughout the machine.

High-pressure spray system: Multiple sets of opposing water pipes on the screen surface use high-pressure water flow to flush away the ore sand and dissociate individual gold particles encased in soil.

Integrated gold-collecting chute: A double-layer Z-shaped/V-shaped gold-collecting chute is fitted below the screen box, lined with thickened, wear-resistant gold-collecting grass (gold-collecting blanket) to capture coarse and fine gold particles in layers; the chute slope is 5°–6°, facilitating the rapid discharge of light sand.

Frame base: Thickened square steel welded, hoistable, suitable for excavator-based mobile mining.

III. Working Principle (Vibration + Gravity Composite Separation)
Gold-bearing sand and gravel are fed into the hopper, where pre-washing with water breaks up the clumps.
A vibrating motor drives the inclined screen to vibrate continuously at high frequency, combined with water spraying, causing the sand and gravel to loosely separate into layers on the inclined screen surface: large pieces of waste rock are discharged directly along the screen; fine gold-bearing slurry falls through the gaps in the screen bars.
The slurry flows into the lower gold-adhering sluice. Utilizing the fact that the density of gold (19.3 g/cm³) is much greater than that of sand and gravel, the vibration continuously agitates the slurry to prevent caking.
Gold particles quickly settle and embed themselves into the gold-adhering carpet pattern, while light silt is discharged from the end of the sluice with the water flow. Periodic rinsing of the gold-adhering carpet allows for the collection of raw gold, completing the roughing and enrichment process.

Water-Saving and Environmentally Friendly: Lower water consumption compared to drum gold panning equipment; all processes utilize physical gravity sorting, eliminating the need for chemical agents.
