This machine is mainly composed of machine body rolls and safety springs. The transmission mode consists of a closed motor via a V-belt and sprocket to drive the two rolls to rotate in opposite directions to crush the material. The roll gap can be properly adjusted within the specified range to control the size of the output particle size.
The main working part of this machine is to install two oppositely rotating rolls in parallel on two horizontal shafts. One of the rolls rotates in a fixed bearing body and the other rotates in an adjustable bearing.
Adjusting the discharge opening between the two rolls is to move the bearing body through an adjustment mechanism composed of a hand wheel, a screw sleeve and a tension bolt, and the nut must be loosened during adjustment.
The bearing body is installed on the machine body. On the side of the fixed roller, there is a spring. When a non-broken object falls into the crushing cavity, the spring is over-pressed, and the width of the discharge port increases, so that the non-broken object can pass smoothly without causing Damage to other parts, play a role in safety protection.
