Application
This equipment is used by the benefication Experimental Research Institute and the benefication intermediate experimental factory for continuous grinding or for studying and determining the grindability index of ores when carrying out the ore wash ability research experiment. It can also be used as grinding equipment in concentrator or for grinding fine materials in other industrial sectors.
Features
The equipment consists of 420 *450 grid ball mill, 150 *1200 spiral classifier, 35-liter Swaying feeder and 90 *600 spiral conveyor, which can be used for continuous closed-circuit grinding.
Electrical equipment and water supply system have been installed when the equipment leaves the factory.
No additional foundation is required for installation. After opening the box, install four foot bolts at the lower part of the rack, clean up the packing grease, check the lubrication, connect the water pipe and power supply. Trial start-up, determine the direction of operation, can be operated in accordance with the order of operation.
According to the properties of the treated materials and the specific requirements for the granularity characteristics of the grinding products, the following three different grinding processes can be selected for grinding:
1. grinding in advance and checking and classifying;
2. Pre-classification, sand return and grinding;
3. Start grinding.
