Application
XCRS Drum Wet weak magnetic separator is mainly used in metal benefication laboratory. It uses wet method for magnetic separation of fine-grained strong magnetic ores in the form of parallel flow. XCRS Drum Wet weak magnetic separator is small in size, light in weight, simple in operation and convenient in maintenance. The equipment is not suitable for benefication tests with corrosive liquids.

Structure introduction and characteristics
The XCRS drum wet weak magnetic separator is composed of the main body of the magnetic separator and the drum power supply. The main body of the magnetic separator mainly includes: (1) frame (2) magnetic drum () 3 ore tank (4) water spray pipe (5) transmission device (6) ore feeding box
The drum power supply is a separate silicon bridge rectified power supply, and its output is adjusted through the voltage regulator handle.
1. Frame: Welded by angle steel, it is the supporting part of the entire machine.
2. Magnetic drum: It is equipped with four excitation coils and magnet cores, and an additional magnetic pole without an excitation coil is installed on the side of the ore discharge to facilitate the unloading of ore. These five magnetic poles form a fan shape and are fixed on the mandrel. It is fixed on the frame through supporting bearings. The cylinder is made of non-magnetic materials aluminum and stainless steel. The connection of the sector coils causes the alternating polarity of the magnetic field on each magnetic pole. The mineral particles flip up to 180 degrees every time they pass through a magnetic pole. Degree, under the action of magnetic stirring, the quality of magnetic products can be improved. At one end of the mandrel, there is a square extension structure. You can use a hand plate to rotate the magnetic poles in the drum around the axis to meet the needs of different minerals.
4. Feed the mine and open the water spray pipe at the same time. (Water pressure ≮0.1Mpa).
5. After the ore feeding is completed, set the operating knob switch to the "off" position to stop the rotation of the drum, close the backflush water pipe and water spray pipe, and then discharge the tailings.
6. Arrange and collect the concentrate.
7. Cut off the excitation power supply and demagnetize.
8. Rinse the tailings tank again and combine the two products into a concentrate product.
9. After the operation is completed, perform a thorough rinse; return the voltage regulator handle to zero, cut off the power switch, and then cut off the power of the entire machine. The test is over.
Maintain:
1. Before use, carefully check the rotating parts and electrical components of the equipment to make sure that the equipment is in normal condition before use.
2. The continuous working time of this equipment should not exceed 3 hours.
3. The lubricant in the reduction box should be replaced every six months.
4. During the use of the equipment, if the fuse burns out, you must first check whether there is a short circuit before replacing it; it is strictly prohibited to use unqualified fuses or connect them directly with copper wires.
