1. Overview
Alluvial gold deposits are widely distributed in riverbeds, floodplains, ancient river channels and placer areas. The core of an alluvial gold washing plant is to loosen, screen, gravity separate and concentrate raw ore, so as to efficiently recover free gold particles with low mud content and high monomer dissociation.
This solution is suitable for onshore open-pit placer gold, river sand gold, and gravel-type alluvial gold mines, with characteristics of high recovery rate, low investment, simple operation, water saving and environmental protection.

2. Process Flow (Standard Complete Set)

Feeding Section
Equipment: vibrating feeder, mining truck / excavator feeding
Function: uniform feeding, prevent blockage and overload
Screening & Washing Section
Equipment: drum scrubber / trommel screen
Function:
Scrub mud and clay from gravel
Separate large waste rock (>30–80mm, customizable)
Classify sand and gravel to improve separation efficiency
Desliming Section
Equipment: hydrocyclone, screw classifier, dewatering screen
Function: remove fine slime that affects gold recovery
Slime can be recycled or treated by thickener to reduce environmental pollution
Gravity Separation Section (Core)Main equipment:
Centrifugal concentrator (Knelson / Falcon type) – high recovery for fine gold
Gold shaking table – high sorting accuracy, easy to manage
Sluice box with gold carpet / mercury-free mat – low cost, suitable for bulk ore
