Gold centrifugal concentrator gravity separator mineral separator

Introduction to Ore Dressing Centrifugal concentrator(gold centrifugal concentrator)
Gold centrifugal concentrator is a gravity ore dressing equipment that uses centrifugal force to strengthen mineral separation. Through the strong centrifugal force field generated by high-speed rotation, mineral particles can be efficiently separated according to density differences. Its core advantage lies in the efficient recovery of fine-grained minerals. It is widely used in the field of beneficiation of precious metals and rare metals such as gold, tungsten, tin, tantalum and niobium. It is especially suitable for processing fine-grained minerals that are difficult to recover by traditional gravity beneficiation methods.

1. Working Principle
The ore dressing centrifuge drives the drum to rotate at high speed (usually at 600-1200 r/min) through a motor, and the slurry is injected into the inner wall of the drum through the feeding device. Under the action of centrifugal force, mineral particles are layered according to density:
Heavy minerals (such as gold, tungsten, etc.) are thrown to the inner wall of the drum due to their high density to form a concentrate layer;
Light minerals (such as gangue and mud) are subject to less centrifugal force and are discharged from the discharge port with the slurry flow to become tailings.
The equipment separates concentrate from tailings through periodic operation (such as intermittent discharge or continuous discharge design of Nelson centrifuge). Some models (such as water jacket centrifuge) also combine backwash hydraulic action to further enhance the capture efficiency of fine-grained heavy minerals.
