ONE:Basic Definition

                                               Gold Shaking Table 
Gold shaker table (also called shaking table, gold concentrating table) is a mainstream wet gravity separation equipment for recovering fine gold, widely used in alluvial gold, rock gold, tin, tungsten, chrome, silver and other heavy mineral beneficiation.

TWO:Working Principle
Separation relies on the density gap between gold (high specific gravity ~19.3) and gangue (quartz ~2.65), driven by three combined forces:
Longitudinal reciprocating jerk motion
The head mechanism delivers fast backward stroke + slow forward stroke; inertia pushes heavy gold particles forward toward the concentrate outlet.
Transverse flushing water flow
Thin water film flows across the inclined deck perpendicularly to vibration, washing light waste sand sideways to tailings discharge.
Stratification by riffles
Parallel raised riffle grooves on the deck trap dense gold at the bottom of grooves; light gangue floats on top and gets swept away by cross water.
Result: Materials divide into 3 products in fan zones on the table:
Concentrate (high-purity gold)
Middlings (mixed ore for reprocessing)
Tailings (worthless gangue).

2. By scale
Industrial large table: Capacity 0.5–6 t/h, for large gold wash plants
Mini portable table: 20–200 kg/h, small-scale mining, lab test
Multi-layer shaking table: Double/triple deck, save floor space, boost output.
