Leaching mixing tank
Leaching mixing tank 1. The single impeller leaching mixing tank is designed by the China Nonferrous Metals Research Institute and produced by the internal machine. It is also called the axial flow leaching mixing tank. It is suitable for applications with high relative density, high viscosity, fast settling speed, ore fineness- Gold leaching, adsorption and other mixing and stirring operations in which 200 mesh accounts for more than 85% and the slurry concentration is less than 45%. The working principle of the mixing tank is shown in Figure 8-2-1. When the impeller rotates clockwise (viewed from top to bottom), the blades immersed in the slurry push and squeeze the slurry, causing the slurry to flow out of the circulation tube. The upper part flows into the blade and flows downward along the circulation tube through the guide blade. When the slurry passes through the circulation tube, it flows horizontally, then flows upward along the outer wall of the circulation tube, and then returns to the upper part of the circulation tube, forming a closed loop. As new slurry continues to be fed into the tank, qualified slurry that is fully mixed with chemicals and air is continuously discharged from the ore discharge port (overflow port), thereby completing the leaching operation of this tank. The characteristics of the single-impeller leaching mixing tank are as follows: ① low power consumption, large axial speed, small radial speed, high stirring intensity, and good mixing effect; ② The impeller is located above the "slurry sedimentation zone" and is easy to start, so the starting power is small. Greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operator; ③ The inflation device has a simple structure, uniform inflation, and sufficient mixing of air and slurry; ④ Large effective volume and small footprint; ⑤ Low impeller peripheral speed and long service life; ⑥ Installation angle of the impeller blades Variable, can meet the requirements of different production processes.

The technical parameters of the single impeller leaching stirring tank are listed in Table 8-2-1. The single-impeller leaching stirring tank produced by Zhu Mine is also called a cyanide stirring tank, which is used to cyanide and stir the slurry. Currently, it mainly produces one specification (φ3500x3500) cyanide stirring tank. Its main technical parameters are listed in Table 8-2- 2. The overall dimensions are shown in Figure 8-2-2.
Double-impeller leaching and stirring tank. Before the 1970s, my country's gold concentrators mainly used single-impeller leaching and stirring tanks. With the rapid development of my country's gold mining and dressing industry, China Nonferrous Metals Research Institute and other units referred to equipment imported from abroad and absorbed With practical experience in the production of domestic leaching mixing tanks, we have successfully developed SJ-type double impeller leaching mixing tanks and other equipment, which are now widely used in production with good results. In the past 10 years, the specifications of the double-impeller leaching stirring tank have gradually expanded, from 5m in diameter and 5.6m in height to 8m in diameter and 8.5m in height. The maximum diameter has reached 10m and the maximum height has reached 10.5m. At the same time, its structure and performance have continued to improve.
This series of stirring tanks are used for stirring leaching and carbon adsorption in gold cyanide plants with a slurry fineness of -200 mesh accounting for more than 90% and a concentration less than 45%. It can also be used for mixing, stirring and leaching under corresponding conditions in metallurgy, chemical industry, and light industry sectors. Operation. Its working principle is (Figure 8-2-3): Under the push and stirring action of the double impeller, the slurry flows from top to bottom in the center, and then diffuses through the peripheral damping plates, and air is fed into the lower end of the shaft (air (Feeded by the hollow shaft) mixes with the slurry and circulates upward to form a uniform suspended mixed liquid.
