Pyramid pool

The pyramid pool is composed of several side-by-side reinforced concrete containers with pyramidal bottoms; there are no partitions between and inside the classification rooms, and the inclination angle of the bottom of the pyramid is 65~70b; one end of the pyramid pool is for feeding The end and the other end are the overflow end. The sediment sinks to the bottom of the cone. The bottom of the cone is equipped with a gate to drain the sediment; the overflow of the pyramid pool is automatically discharged, and the underflow is manually controlled by the valve. It is precisely because of manual control that it is difficult to grasp the grading granularity, which is a major defect of pyramid pool grading.
