Spiral chute for Tin tantalum niobium ilmenite ore recovery

This fiberglass made spiral chute is high‑efficiency gravity‑separation machinery dedicated to fine‑grained heavy‑mineral upgrading.
Working Principle
Ore pulp flows down the spiral groove. Mineral particles undergo combined force from gravity, centrifugal force, water‑flow thrust and surface friction.
High‑density grains (cassiterite, tantalite‑columbite, ilmenite) sink to the bottom layer and drift toward the inner spiral side as concentrate. Low‑density gangue stays in the upper water‑flow layer and flows outward as tailings.

Suitable Feed Size
0.02–0.3 mm fine placer ore, perfectly suited for alluvial sand‑tin, tantalum‑niobium placer and coastal ilmenite sand‑ore pretreatment & rough‑concentration
Core Advantages
No‑motor gravity‑driven, low water consumption, power‑free running
Fiberglass‑reinforced‑plastic body, wear‑resistant, rust‑proof and corrosion‑resistant
Compact footprint, easy installation, stable separation, high heavy‑metal recovery rate

Can work standalone or matched with three‑roll high‑intensity magnetic separator for multi‑stage beneficiation of complex rare‑metal placer
