1, Definition and Overview
The tin ore production line is a production line system for beneficiation and purification of tin ore, aiming to separate useful minerals and impurities in tin ore and extract high-purity tin metal. This production line includes multiple processes such as ore washing, screening, reselection, grinding, flotation, etc. The specific process used depends on the properties of the tin ore.
2, Components
The tin ore production line mainly consists of the following equipment:
Crushing equipment: such as jaw crushers, cone crushers, etc., used to crush raw materials into suitable particle sizes.
Grinding equipment: such as ball mills, used for crushing and grinding ores.
Grading equipment: such as spiral classifiers, used for washing and grading ore mixtures.
Mineral processing equipment: including magnetic separators, flotation machines, etc., used for separation based on the physical and chemical properties of minerals.
Concentrating and drying equipment: such as concentrators and dryers, used for concentrating and drying minerals after beneficiation.
In addition, there are auxiliary equipment such as feeders, elevators, and conveyors, which together form a complete mineral processing production line.
3, Process Flow
The process flow of tin ore production line is roughly divided into the following steps: crushing and grinding: The mined ore is first crushed to a reasonable fineness by crushing equipment, and then sent to grinding equipment for crushing and grinding.
Grading: After grinding, the fine ore material enters the grading equipment and is washed and graded according to the different densities of solid particles.
Mineral beneficiation: The graded mineral mixture is subjected to beneficiation equipment such as magnetic separators and flotation machines to separate useful tin minerals and impurities.
Concentration and drying: The tin minerals after beneficiation contain a large amount of moisture and need to be preliminarily concentrated by a concentrator, and then dried by a dryer to obtain dried tin concentrate.
4, Equipment Explanation
In addition to the main equipment mentioned above, the commonly used equipment in the tin ore production line also includes:
Vibration screen or rotary screen: used to separate materials according to particle size.

Trommel screen
Drum screen: used to screen large stones in raw ore to ensure uniform particle size of the material.
Rotary scrubber drum washing machine or spiral washing machine: used for preliminary cleaning of ores, removing surface soil and impurities.
Jig machine, shaker table/Shaking table or spiral chute: using the principle of gravity sorting to separate mineral particles according to density and particle size differences.

Jig Machine

Spiral Chute

Belt conveyor: used to transport waste materials or sorted concentrates to designated locations.
