Description：
High voltage electrostatic separator is a product exclusively developed by our plant. It is a dry-type equipment which performs separation in high-voltage corona field based on the difference of materials in electric performance. Mechanical pilot feeder suitable for powdery materials. The heating device is installed in the separation cylinder. It has the characteristics of wide electric field range, strong electric intensity, stable electromechanical performance, high efficiency and low energy consumption. The whole machine has a variety of structural arrangements, such as single-layer, double-layer, three-layer, double roll parallel and so on. The multi-layer electric separator can carry out roughing, cleaning, sweeping and waste soil recovery in the machine according to the needs, simplify the operation and improve the efficiency.
High Voltage Electrostatic Separator is widely used for the separation of precious minerals such as titanium, zirconium, rutile, monazite, iron, tungsten, tantalum, niobium and tin. It can separate materials with particle size of 0.1-2mm and surface temperature less than 1%. It is often used in combination with single disk magnetic separator and permanent magnetic separator in the separation of minerals such as ilmenite and zircon.
