Structural Composition
Cylinder: Thickened steel plate; inner lining options include rubber, polyurethane (PU), and wear-resistant steel plate; spiral lifting plates welded inside the cylinder drive the material to tumble and propel it forward.
Drive System: Motor + reducer + large and small gears (or tire friction transmission)
Support Roller and Baffle Roller Assembly: Supports the low-speed rotation of the drum.
High-Pressure Spray Water Pipeline, built into the cylinder, high-pressure water washes away the ore slime.
Discharge Screening Section (Cylinder Screen / Conical Screen): Integrated washing and screening; slurry is discharged from the screen holes, and clean ore is discharged.
III. Working Principle
The cylinder rotates at low speed (6-30 r/min), and the ore is fed in from the feed end; the lifting plates continuously lift and drop the ore, causing it to rub and collide with each other, while high-pressure water sprays and soaks and breaks up the clay clumps; the slurry flows out from the screen holes; the washed ore is conveyed along the spiral direction of the cylinder to the discharge end, achieving washing and desliming, and simultaneous grading and screening.
IV. Applicable Ores: Placer gold, placer tin, tungsten, chromite, manganese, bauxite, silica, coastal placer, weathered rock and other high-mud alluvial and weathered ores.
