Raw slurry is fed continuously into the high‑speed rotating concentrate cone. Fluidization water sprays evenly through small holes on the cone wall to loosen packed mineral layers. High‑density particles such as gold sink rapidly and are trapped in the riffle grooves of the cone, forming high‑grade concentrate. Low‑density gangue particles flow out over the cone lip as tailings. Concentrate can be discharged periodically after a running cycle.
