1:Use scrubber trommel for washing sticky clay and screening.heavy duty scrubber trommel use tires for driving,Inner lining material:steel plates welding or Natural rubber for option.
2:after washing and screening.-5mm use slurry pump to gravity separator 2set STLB80 gold centrifugal concentrator for separation fine gold. 5-10mm to gold sluice box for separation coarse gold.
3：All concentrate of centrifugal concentrator and carpet sluice box to shaking table/shaker table for concentration.
whole line machine just need use water,no need use any chemical.It's Environmental friendly recovery gold way.
4:at last to gold smelting furnace to get gold bar.
