the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.

Vibration drive: The shaking table generates reciprocating vibration through an eccentric shaft or crank mechanism, and the vibration direction is at a certain angle to the inclination direction of the bed surface.
Gravity and inclined plane interaction: The bed surface is inclined, and the material slides down along the inclined plane under the force of gravity.
Water flow sorting: The flushing water above the bed forms a thin layer of water flow, which is combined with vibration to separate materials of different densities - high-density materials (such as heavy metal minerals) are affected by vibration inertia and gravity, and move laterally along the bed to the concentrate end; Low density materials (such as gangue) move downwards along the slope with the water flow to the tailings end.
Key Separation Basis
The density difference is the core, and particles with higher density are more likely to break free from water flow constraints and aggregate towards the concentrate area.
Particle size and shape can assist in separation, and at the same density, particles with moderate size and regular shape have better sorting effect.
