1, Core principles of tungsten ore beneficiation
Black tungsten ore (tungsten manganese iron ore): mainly based on gravity separation, with priority given to stage grinding+multi-stage gravity separation, reducing over crushing, high recovery rate, no chemicals, and low cost.
Scheelite (calcium tungsten ore): flotation is the main method, coarse particles can be pre enriched by reselection, fine particles can be fully flotation, and chemical selection is required to remove calcium gangue.
General process: crushing and screening → grinding and grading → pre selection/reselection → flotation (scheelite) → magnetic separation for impurity removal → concentration and dehydration.

1. Coarse particle reselection (2-20mm)
