Gravity sorting: The ore that has been washed and pre-treated enters the sawtooth wave jig machine and spiral chute/spiral concentrator for gravity sorting. This equipment can achieve enrichment and separation according to the density difference of ore, thereby improving the grade and output of tin ore. The gravity separation method is generally used in placer tin ore. The process usually adopts multi-stage grinding and multi-stage separation process. Conveying and tailings treatment: Finally, the processed tin ore is transported to the next process through a belt conveyor, and the tailings are processed at the same time to reduce resource waste and achieve green production.

For placer tin ores with high monomer dissociation, better mineral processing indicators can be obtained through simple screening and washing. For placer tin ores with low monomer dissociation, it is often necessary to break the contiguous structure through processes such as rod milling or simple ball milling to improve the ore dressing recovery rate and concentrate grade.
