Rock gold gravity separator flowchart crusher ball mill grinding system gold centrifugal concentrator shaking table
Processing: Three-stage, closed-circuit crushing → closed-circuit grinding → centrifugal concenrator rough separator → shaking table concentrator
Applicable ores: Rock gold ores with medium-fine grained interbedded gold, gold and sulfide coexistence, or high free gold content.

ONE. Crushing Stage:
primary Coarse Crushing (Jaw Crusher): The raw ore is screened via a sieve (30-50mm mesh). Ore with a diameter of +30mm enters the PE series jaw crusher and is crushed to -100mm. Purpose: To reduce energy consumption in subsequent grinding and improve system processing capacity.
Secondary Crushing (Cone Crusher): The coarsely crushed product is conveyed by belt to the HP series hydraulic cone crusher and crushed to -30mm. Key Control: The discharge opening is adjusted to 10-15mm to avoid over-crushing.
Fine Crushing and Closed-Circuit Screening (Cone Crusher + Vibrating Screen): Fine crushing utilizes a short-head cone crusher in a closed-circuit circuit with a double-deck vibrating screen. Screening Particle Size: Upper layer 12mm (return material for intermediate crushing), lower layer 3mm (qualified particle size for grinding).

TWO:In the closed-circuit grinding stage, the ball milling and classifying system utilizes an MQG series grate ball mill and a hydrocyclone in a closed circuit. Grinding fineness: -200 mesh, accounting for 65%-75% (adjusted according to the degree of gold dissociation). The cyclone overflow concentration is controlled at 40%-45% to ensure centrifuge separation efficiency. Reagent addition (optional): If the mud content is high, a dispersant (such as sodium carbonate, 100-300g/t) can be added to the mill.

In the centrifuge roughing equipment selection, the SL-type continuous discharge centrifugal concentrator is selected, with a processing particle size range of 0.074-6mm. Separation parameters: feed concentration: 20%-30%, speed: 300-400 rpm, backwash water pressure: 0.05-0.1 MPa. Output: high-grade coarse concentrate (gold content ≥500g/t) and tailings (tailings disposal rate: 40%-60%). Advantages: Highly efficient recovery of free gold and sulfide-encapsulated gold, with large processing capacity (3-100t/h per unit).

The 6-S shaker table is used to process the centrifuge concentrate and cyclone grit (including middlings). Separation conditions include a stroke of 12-16 mm, a stroke rate of 280-320 strokes/min, and a bed slope of 2°-5°. Concentrate extraction is located near the 1/3 area of the drive end, producing a final concentrate (gold content ≥ 2000g/t). Tailings are returned to the mill for regrinding or to a tailings pond (gold grade ≤ 0.5g/t).
