Introduction of the structure
Xfd-12 laboratory flotation machine consists of the following main parts: lifting mechanism, stepless speed change mechanism, body part, stator, rotor part and control switch
All parts are connected with the column body. The main shaft rotates clockwise, and the motor drives the impeller to rotate through the main shaft. Rotate the gearbox hand wheel to adjust the impeller speed. Adjust the frequency converter knob and set the impeller speed.
When the main body of the main shaft is lifted, the motor drives the gear through the gearbox to drive the elevator to the required position, and then press the stop switch. When descending, press the down button, because there is a travel switch, it will stop automatically when it reaches the bottom.
Note: when lifting and transferring, it is necessary to press the stop button before switching. Please keep away from the operator during lifting operation
