Wheel Drive Rotary Scrubber is a new type of rotary scrubber, which is driven by wheel / tire and runs more stably. Rotary scrubber is a self generated rotary drum scrubber, which uses pebbles and rocks in the feed source to break and decompose clay, aggregates and soft oxides. The washer rotates slowly, like a huge washing machine. It stirs fine particles, super particles and water together, effectively destroys the soil matrix and releases the target minerals from hard clay, schist and rock. The crushed material is evenly slurried in the drum, and the self generated load is retained in the drum through reverse flight at the discharge end of the drum. Mud and washed oversized particles overflow to the discharge throat of the cylinder and enter the concentric outlet drum.

The working principle of rotary scrubber:
Rotary drum scrubber is mainly based on the combination of centrifugal force generated by drum rotation and water circulation system.
Firstly, the ore is poured into the inlet of the drum, and then the drive system drives the drum to rotate. During this process, the ore rolls in the drum and utilizes the friction between the ore and the drum wall to accelerate its rotation. The centrifugal force generated by this rotation throws the ore out of the sieve, achieving the effect of cleaning.
At the same time, The drum scrubber is also equipped with a water circulation system. This system flushes the ore inside the drum through continuous circulation of water, helping to remove impurities and mud from the surface of the ore. The cleaned ore is circulated multiple times in the drum, and during the process of moving from the feed end to the discharge end, It is washed with flushing water in either the forward or reverse direction. In this way, useful minerals can be effectively released from impurities such as muddy soil and clay.
In addition, There are scraper and other devices inside the cylindrical ore washing machine, which can assist in decomposing clay, blocky substances, and soft oxides, further improving the cleaning effect of the ore.
Finally, the cleaned ore is screened and dehydrated before being discharged from the discharge end, while wastewater containing sludge flows out through specific baffles.
