Structure Composition
The cylinder washing machine consists of several key components:
Cylinder Body: The main working part, divided into a pulping section and a screening section. Lined with wear-resistant rubber, it prolongs service life and provides an effective scrubbing environment for ores.
Supporting Components: Typically composed of four towing wheels to stably support the rotating cylinder.
Transmission Device: Includes a motor, speed reducer, coupling, small gear, and large gear. The motor drives the speed reducer, which turns the cylinder at low speed via the gear system.
Feeding Device: Located at one end of the cylinder, it conveys ores with clay and stone powder into the rotating drum.
Discharging Device: Includes a lifter and a double-layer conical screen. Cleaned ores are lifted by the lifter into the screen, which separates them into coarse, medium, and fine grades.
Washing Device: High-pressure water nozzles (with a pressure of 196–294 kPa) inside the cylinder perform forward or reverse flushing to remove soil and impurities from the ore surface.

Working Principle
Ores containing clay and stone powder enter the rotating cylinder from the feeding port. The angled wear-resistant rubber liners inside the cylinder lift and drop the ores repeatedly as they move from the inlet to the outlet, undergoing multiple cycles of scrubbing. During this process, water (fed in the same or opposite direction) flushes the materials, effectively separating valuable minerals from clay and soil. The well-dispersed, slurry-like materials are transported to the tail end of the cylinder and discharged to the conical screen via an overflow port. The screen rejects oversize materials and sends the undersized slurry to subsequent beneficiation equipment.
