Rotary scrubber how to work?
The working principle of the cylinder washing machine is: the cleaning cylinder is supported by four tugs, the motor drives the reducer, and the large and small gears drive the cleaning cylinder to rotate at low speed. The aggregates containing mud balls and stone powder are fed from the feed port and enter the rotating drum. They are continuously lifted and thrown down by the wear-resistant rubber lining installed at a certain angle in the cleaning drum, and move from the feed end to the discharge end. During the process, it circulates multiple times and is rinsed and washed by forward or reverse flushing water. The cleaned aggregate is screened and dehydrated by the discharge end drum screen and then discharged. Wastewater containing sludge flows out through the perforated baffle at the discharge or feed end.
