Descriptions
Compared with the fixed drum, the Mobile Trommel increases wheels and mobile platform, so it is convenient to move. When working on site, use heavy feet to contact the ground. When movement is required, use a truck or excavator to pull the front turntable.
The mobile drum washing machine is composed of hopper, drum, chassis, tire, rotary table, generator, water pump, transmission device, control panel and gold recovery gate. Mobile roller screen is an optimized mobile gold recovery platform, which is suitable for small and medium-sized placer gold ore processing requiring mobile operation. Its advantages: less investment, less labor, fast return on investment, simple operation, movable, etc.
The chassis adopts heavy beam and is equipped with six tires. It has firm structure and high bearing capacity. Moreover, the front wheel can turn 180 degrees and move flexibly, so that the mobile platform can easily deal with various complex roads. In addition, the chassis is also equipped with four other mechanical legs, which can enhance the bearing capacity of the whole chassis and ensure that the Mobile Trommel runs more stably, reliably and safely under load. The generator and motor are driven separately or directly driven by diesel engine, with low failure rate and easy maintenance. The gold recovery gate is covered with polyethylene non-woven fabric and professional gold recovery carpet, which has strong capture capacity and high efficiency, and is also effective for fine gold.

Q: How big are the screen mesh size and how many layers?
A: Usually, our trommel is double layer, the inner screen mesh is 5mm, outer screen mesh is 10mm. But we can build it as you required, we will use the Ø25mm diameter round steel to build the inner steel bar, outside screen material is high manganese.
Q: If very small outer screen mesh size, will clogged?
A: We will add a steel brush onto the drum, so won’t be clogged at all. And we use the unique screen mesh design, result in longer screen life & no material clogging.
Q: Screen mesh material?
A: We use high manganese steel to build the screen mesh which is very durable.
Q: Can we change the screen mesh?
A: Yes, you can, usually we build the screen mesh to be active, so you can change the screen mesh size by yourself easliy on site.
